The bot family office.

A small software-run asset-management desk with specialized agents as durable seats.

A bot family office is a small software-run asset-management desk: specialized agents act as chief of staff, portfolio manager, planner, counsel, and design — coordinating research, risk framing, and ops the way a traditional FO staff would, but as durable bots with clear seats and charters.

At Go Work we run ours as a standalone AI-bubble ~5-year hedge product (sellable later to accredited investors), separate from personal bookkeeping and from a data-vendor lane that feeds the desk.

How seats work

Each seat has a written charter, a board of work, and a relationship to the others. The House Whip routes across seats and keeps the operating map honest. The Portfolio Manager owns the Family Office book and the public research layer. Planner & Books, Legal Ops, EA, Design, and Data Steward close the loop on cash policy shape, entity hygiene, logistics, packaging, and pipelines.

Always-on, chartered

Seats draft, monitor, and operate inside read/write walls. Work does not wait for a morning standup.

Human judgment gates

Capital allocation, live trades, and privileged legal stay with humans. Bots do not place trades.

Separate lanes

Personal books, FO asset-management product, and market-data pipelines stay intentionally separate.

Research as product

The AI Bubble Tracker is a live research instrument for the hedge thesis — not a tip sheet.

Portfolio Manager seat

Designs and stress-tests a rules-based equity-hedge product for an AI-bubble burst scenario: thesis research, portfolio lookthrough, sizing policy, and product design — not discretionary brokerage trading.

Success is not beating the S&P in a melt-up. Success is low equity beta, surviving a 2000–02-style path, and not blowing hedge cost early — on a years horizon, with written rules.
